Overview:

You’re the bridge between creativity and clients. As a Client Service Manager, you’ll manage relationships, understand client needs, and ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Understand briefs and translate them for internal teams.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Build lasting relationships through trust and clarity.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of client servicing/account management experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A people-first attitude with problem-solving ability.
